By using the Brahma app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. About Brahma

Brahma helps you wake during Brahmamuhurta (pre-dawn sacred period) and establish morning practices. Features include:

Personalized Brahmamuhurta calculations based on location
Wake-up alarms and reminders
Practice tracking and progress monitoring
Meditation timers and ambient sounds

2. Account

Some features require an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your account secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Subscriptions

Premium Plans:

Monthly: ₹75 (India) / $2.99 (Rest of World)
Yearly: ₹599 (India) / $24.99 (Rest of World)
7-day free trial available for new subscribers
Payment processed through App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

iOS Users:

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select Brahma Premium
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Open Google Play Store
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Select Brahma Premium
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their respective refund policies. Contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer the App
Interfere with App functionality

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Happyloop Apps and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Health Disclaimer

            Important: Brahma is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new wellness routine.
        

7. Alarm Disclaimer

While we strive for reliable alarms:

Alarm delivery depends on your device's OS and settings
Battery optimization and Do Not Disturb may affect alarms
We recommend a backup alarm for critical wake-ups

8. Privacy & Analytics

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Brahma, you acknowledge that we collect analytics data (app usage, feature interactions) and share certain events with our advertising partners (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) for attribution purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Happyloop Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
